How Can We Help?

by Gandhi Uwihoreye, age 10

Even though the oil spill has had a lot of negative consequences, there are things kids and adults can do to help.
Kids can help by talking to trusted adults, like parents and teachers, about finding ways to get energy without using oil. For instance, people can use energy from the sun and wind to harvest energy, instead of oil. Kids and adults must take action so this disaster doesn’t happen again.
